Sweden 2020 - Property Fair
At the beginning of this year, Casas do Barlavento was once again present at the Property Fair in Sweden. The event took place in two cities, Stockholm and Gothenburg, from 15 to 16 February and 29 February to 2 March, respectively.
As in previous years, in partnership with Portugal Property Invest, now called Skandiamäklarna Portugal, the fair was a success and was visited by thousands of visitors. Casas do Barlavento's objective was, once again, the international promotion of investments in the Western Algarve region.
Our sales consultants, Laura Melling and Margarida Hilgers, in collaboration with Peter Reuterkloo, presented in these two Swedish cities, the various investment possibilities in southern Portugal.
The dream of living in this country by the sea, was demonstrated by many families in this event, where the main subject was real estate investment and protentional relocation. Portugal is a destination that offers 300 days of sunshine per year and is one of the top 5 safest countries in the world. The advantages of moving to this country are numerous, also counting on the Golden Visa system and also a special tax regime for non-habitual residents (NHR).
As a result of the success of these fairs, Casas do Barlavento in conjunction with Skandiamäklarna Portugal organize monthly inspection visits to the Western Algarve. The visits are organized so that the Swedish discover with their own eyes the wonders of living in Portugal.
